POOR SERVICE by COURIER GUY

I paid for a door to door delivery from Pretoria to Nelpruit and it has been over 2 weeks .... they have not deliverd the parce. Calls to the call centre are not helping they say it is in their depo... they still have not delivered. This is stock for a shop... so for 2 weeks we are out of stock........Such POOR SERVICE!
