Poor service by Courier Guy

Ordered my sleep apnea parts, that broke while on holiday, paid extra for overnight shipping. When I enquiryed about my parcel, I was informed that it is in Port Elizabeth and would only be delivered after Christmas. I phoned PE Courier guy, and they said the parcel was with them. As I need this to sleep, I drove from Jeffrey Bay to PE. On arrival they think my parcel is in Jeffrey Bay. The tracking app shows that the parcel is in PE. I am very unhappy with this poor service
