POOR SERVICE, BAD SERVICE, **** & ****

Bought an item early January online and had to wait for delivery till they the courier guy open from festives. I driver called and we arranged to meet and he never pitched. Then we arranged to meet at my house since my house is behind their company but still he never pitched and told me that his manager stopped him. I was desperate , and couldn't wait to receive the item the next day therefore i had to cancel the delivery. All they hide is the address been incorrect which is so unnecessary because we can still meet anywhere but they failed. I wasted my money and petrol waiting for nothing
