POOR Service

WOW - Utterly useless. Sending overnight parcels that was suppose to do a 87km trip all the way to CPT....only 1300km in the wrong direction. Also receiving no assistance from The Courier guy in resolving this. Also not willing to refund or accept the fact that I am losing money because they are useless.
