Poor service

Worst company I have ever known. I am waiting for my parcel but it say delivered. I was at home the whole day yesterday, did not receive any thing from Courier Guy. I have been complaining about the driver that is not calling me when he comes,he leaves my parcel at my neighbors house. My neighbors did not receive anything yesterday. I have been calling the Cape Town office since 16:30 no one is answering but they close at 17:00.
