Poor Service and Wrong Order Delivered

I am very disappointed with the service I received from The Courier Guy. My parcel arrived completely wrong, and the delivery process was not handled professionally. I expected better communication and accuracy. This experience has made me lose trust in their service, and I hope they improve going forward.
