Poor service and undelivered parcel

Please note that I have not received my order. I had a terrible experience with the delivery guy.His first contact with me was at 14:50when he told me that he is on his way to deliver my parcel so because I live in the township , I advised him that let's meet at a landmark in the area which is about 10 minutes away because there's just too many turns to get to my house and I thought that it would be easier. I waited until 16pm and still no delivery guy up until I called him and he said that he has left my area to do deliveries in another area. At 16:59 he calls me to tell me that now he's on his way to deliver my parcel ok,I then said no problem just give me 10 minutes...this is when he started shouting saying that he knocks off at 5pm and can not wait 10 minutes so rather he just drops off my order on the floor where he is or give it to anyone. So I then asked what happens now since I haven't recieved my order and to my shock this guy responded with saying he does not know and also he doesn't care about my order and also I am not special so he doesn't care really.Yoh!! 😡😡Your driver spoke to me as if I am less of a human being and I could hear it his voice that he is disgusted with talking with me.This is not how we should be treated and I am not a 2 year old that he needs to yell at. I urgently need my order delivered ASAP
