Poor service and Rude driver

What a rude driver I just got today. Jonathan, an old man with no manners, who felt tittle to raise and shout a customer, how dare him.

This Jonathan went into the wrong house to make a delivery, after he realized he he almost lost my parcel, he calls me with attitude and anger, asking me where am I, becouse his been standing outside long, now remember this is my first call. I ignored his tone and I immediately jumped out to collect, when I was outside, there was no one. He calls again screaming that he is going to leave, he is not going to wait, he is going to take my order back, now I'm outside and I'm asking him, where he is, because I'm also outside.

This man, was standing at the end of my road, which was not even close to the house. I asked what type of vehicle is he driving, and he said it's a LDV, then I told him to turn, because I couldn't see him.

The ordersity of him being rude, shouting and screaming, while waiting on the wrong house.

I am so disappointed with Courier Guy, that you still hire resist people, who can't stand black areas, and it's people. This man's tone, and what's more disappointing, he is not a young guy, it's an old man, with no morals
