Poor service and ridiculous prices

The accouns department is absolutely pathetic they don't respond to emails. I loaded to much money on my account and requested a refund i have not received a response in any way shape or form.

There pricing has gone up ridiculously. A few months ago i ordered a 40kg package the courier cost was 149.00 when i ordered the collection of that same package in January the cost went up tp 1200.00 what???? I sent an email about this but did not really receive a response explaining why.

Very poor service indeed.
