Poor Service and quality

I posted some goods and when my daughter received the parcel , there was damage on 2 items and 1 one item was missing. There is no update on my query and the company is wasting my time and money. I made calls for update and they are always pushing and forcing me to call someone else.

I require a refund as i have already replaced the damaged goods and missing item.
