Poor service and no effort from staff.

I purchace something on the web, they use The Courier Guy. This morning after 08h00 I saw a missed call from an unknown number. I was outside. Please take in consideration I live on a small holding farm. I have things to do. Just before 8h30 I phoned back. The guy in a not very friendly manner said he left (Strange I didn't see anybody at our gate. It is at our house. I even gave instruction to the people who I bought from to tell the courier to look for the white board with Kosmos written on it. Clearly he wasn't at my house. I asked him in a friendly way when he would be able to come again and his own word was, he was on his way just to do Universitas, and Universitas Riff area in Bloemfontein. I waited an entire day for him to come again. I still had to go to Bloemfontein also but I stayed and waited for him. Just before 17h00 I googled what time they close. It clearly said 17h00. I tried phoning 16h45 just ringing the whole time. Phoned again. Just ringing and left a message when the answering machine came on. I thought what the hell. It is not 17h00 yet. I phoned the guy who was supposed to come back with my package on his cell. no answer. Again I phoned the office number. this was 16h50. Rang forever and again I dialed the number. A Man picked up. I explained my crisis as I too was fed up with this poor service. Just as I was about to give my tracking number, the line dropped. I immediately phoned back which the exact rime was 16h53. Still not closing time hey. And guess what not even a phone that rings just immediate a answering machine. In future your Directors should check on there staff more to see if they do still work till closing time and why the answering machine was on almost 10minutes before closing. Why the guy never game back to my house to deliver my parcel which I am really in need for it is work related. The Courier Guy if you cant even answer your messages on your facebook page, I don't have hope. So I would really appreciate it if someone in management would see to it that I receive my package tomorrow (Wednesday) early morning if it is out of his way. I don't care. I paid for the package to be couriered. I am a client too. And you know what saddens me is I have another package on its way with the same company. I am currently buying alot on line. But I am reconcidering it strongly If tis is how you do business with such a name after yourself. It even showed my package was sent back to depot on the tracking link. Wow! From 08h13 not once did he come again. So my tracking number is TCG***8. The guy who phoned me from Courier Guy number is *** Khuzela Mahazel Truecaller showed it when I looked at the missed call. As I could not go to town today I have to on Wednesday. Please sort this out. I cant wait every day
