POOR SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION

I booked PUDO online for collection of a parcel at a business. When The Courier Guy went out to collect, the business wrongly said they do not know about it because I booked it under my name and it differs from the name on the invoice. Instead of contact the buyer, The Courier Guy cancelled the order, no communication with the buyer so that the buyer can investigate and take it up with the business. The Courier Guy cancelled without consultation with the person who booked the order. They have all my information. They refused any refund. I asked The Courier Guy to phone me, they said by email I must contact the seller. They refuse to phone me. They took my money without any service delivering. Quick to take your money, slow with service delivering especially in the cities.
