Poor service and lies to cover up delays

I had my parcel shipped from Witbank using the Overnight regional on Wednesday before 09h00 and R 263,00 was paid. It's Friday 12h00 and I have not received my parcel. When I call them they are rude and also lie, they say their overnight regional takes 2-3 days but on the their web it says 1-2 days.

I went to their depot in Nelspruit and their clerk after I expressed the my disappointment after paying so much monies for such poor services, she told me that it doesn't concern her how much as a client I have paid...yet that's what pays her salary.

I call the depot, they don't pick up calls...goes unanswered.

I am looking for an alternative 🤞🏿
