Poor service and intentional deleay of delivery claiming they deliver on time

The service of the courier guy sucks and they are *********** and also inconveniences client as tgey fail to fulfil their service level agreement of three days delivery as stated.i had my parcel from midfeeds for two weeks before delivery and recently have also failed to deliver as they have collected my order from cornerstone on the 15 july and today its the 20 july but still not received
