Poor service and huge damages by courier guy phalaborwa

Not a review but complaint, after receiving my stock I suffered a huge loss this after being a loyal customer of them for some time recieving stock worth over R40 000 a month going threw courier guy phalaborwa, my stock was either thrown or kicked around complaint with them and very poor if any response I see this as unacceptable
