Poor service and delays

Their service is very poor, I'm in Eastern Cape, I have been waiting for my parcel for a week now, the movement is very slow only to find out they have taken the parcel to Herrismith, now it must be taken back to JHB then Eastern London again meaning I have to wait for another week. The reason why we courier our parcels we want them to reach their final destination on time now their poor service affects our businesses
