Poor service and customer support

They delivered my parcel at the wrong address and without the customer pin and kept insisting that I received the parcel when I was out of the country on the day. After numerous correspondence and a call they established that my parcel was indeed delivered to the wrong address. Very notorious for being unreliable and always rushing.
