Poor Service and assistance

I have been using The Courier Guy for years and was very happy. I booked a parcel on Thursday afternoon for collection, with the correct closing time of the business where they needed to collect from. They totally ignored the request and the business where they were suppose to collect from informed me that they are closing soon and my parcels has not been collected as yet. I contacted the Courier Guy and they made a note of it, only to be collected Monday 21/10/2024. I still haven't received my parcels as yet.
