Poor Service

I scheduled an important parcel to be picked up between 11am and 2pm. It was not picked up. Had trouble getting hold of support and when I eventually did, they put a note on stating it must be picked up by 5pm. I explained this is medication and urgent. Then I see a note on my dashboard profile on their website the next day stating the collection failed and it will be cancelled if I do not contact them in 24 hours.

Now they scheduled it for the next day. The meds needs to be refrigerated which means it needed to be unpacked and repacked.

No show of real concern shown while speaking to the operator either.

No point in providing a time window for pickup because they don't stick to it.

The Courier Guy used to be at the top of my list as one of the best courier services to deal with. I am no longer of that opinion.
