Poor service

I have paid for collection of my documents and distinguishing devices from the South African Nursing Council. Courier guy only brought one certificate m. I paid again for and made a clear note of what to collect, they still came back with one certificate. I paid the third tome. I made a clear note of what to collect and even sent them a proof of what to collect via email. They brought the certificate only, no distinguishing devices. I even asked them to phone me when collecting so that i can check if they have everything but they did not phone and they left my distinguishing devices.
