POOR SERVICE!

I have had a parcel in transit for 8 days. I was promised it would be delivered Wednesday and still nothing. There are live plants in the parcel which will most certainly be dead by now. I cannot get hold of anyone to assist, I have been holding on the call for 20min without anyone answering!
