Poor service

Poor service, don't waste your time with courier guy, especially the Nelspruit branch! My parcel got returned to hub 2 times, it was supposed to be deliverd on Tuesday but every time i try to track it i get returned to hub. roads are open and there is access to my location, when you call, they tell you your parcel will be delivered tomorrow.
