Poor service

I went to Courier Guy Rivonia to send off a box for someone at a Reserve in Rustenburg. The Reserves address was written down clearly and I was informed that the package would be delivered by Friday, 6 October 2023. I was called and said that it was a special delivery package and that the cost would be at least four times the amount I paid. I spoke to someone from Rivonia and it was said that is was THERE system error. I was transferred to someone else and they told me I must make arrangements for the package to be picked up at their Courier Guy Kiosk in Rustenburg or give an alternative address. Clearly, as a customer, I was supposed to be informed about the special delivery on the day I sent the package. There was no hidden address on the package at all. The receiver works at a resort and cannot get to Rustenburg to pick up the package. Neither is there an alternative address as he comes 4 hours from his home. Courier Guy was supposed to be assisting as I am the customer and they just pulled up their shoulders and now I have to arrange for the receiver to go and fetch it. This is very poor service
