Poor service

Poor service.I sent a parcep and the delivery guy did nof notify the recipient that a delivery had arrived. They left a parcel somewhere and claimed it had been delivered. When l drove to the offices the staff were not too helpful . They even shouted at me It was as almost as if it was my fault. I do not recommend this courier company
