Poor service

Poor service, They don't want to deliver my order coming with excuses that they don't do the delivery in the area. As it stands my order is seating at their Hub. They want me to pay an extra amount for the delivery . Mean while i paid the supplier before for the delivery. They could have advise me before they could fetch the order from the supplier .
