Poor Service

No Customer service. We ordered goods from Swellendam to Bloemfontein.The parcel was picked up 30 September and now our parcel is no where to be found. It stayed over for two days at George. They send it to Joburg and since now it has not arrived at Joburg. We phoned several times with no success. We are very disappointed.
