Poor Service

I'm really unhappy with the service that I am receiving from The Courier Guy. I followed up on my parcel and a lady asked me for my tracking number. Not long after that I receive another SMS and all of a sudden my tracking number changed and I still don't know what is going on with my parcel. This is disgusting.
