Poor service

I booked 3 Lockers, when I went to deposit parcels, the locker was off. I went twice on the same day and once again this morning at 06:30 , lockers still off.

They refuse to help or revert to another locker.

I will not use them anymore, and I will make sure that no one else use them. I have now lost money of 3 lockers, because the booking has expired
