Poor service

Hi all The courier guy in cape town has the worst service experienced. My over night parcel JHB to Capetown... still pending a delivery.... overnight and 3 days later... seriously.

My parcel from George, is meant to be delivered today, i was told over night takes preference, which i have no issue with, ao i follow up on the status, and guess what, still at the depo and not even on a a delivery vehicle. I have been on phone for two hours, praying and in hope some one will answer, that is just a fairy tale, i was considering using them for my online business, but that aint going happen. Please dont not use this service again.
