Poor service

Took 2 items to courier guy vereeniging to upington. Handed the items to the assistant requesting a box to package. The assistant selected a box, put the items in the box, added filling, and sealed the box. The parcel was destroyed in transit, there responce inadequate packaging, and no accountable for damage in transit.
