Poor service

Bad sever ever experience in courier business. I've sent package on the 14th from mafikeng to klerksdorp and my client haven't received. They keep on saying they've been trying to call her but she is not answering of which that's a lie... Had to drive from mafikeng to do the follow up cause they are not answering their phone... Went there twice they keep on saying the package is at the wearhouse. I mean what the f.. K I've now spent more on petrol than what I've paid and they don't even bother to apologie*****oooor service....
