Poor Service

Very disappointing services. For two times now, my parcels have taken more than three days to be delivered when we are promised 3 days delivery time. The parcel arrives in the Eastern Cape on time but they will take forever to deliver the parcels to the destination lockers. The first time this happened the packaging of the products I was couriering was damaged and all they could say was that they were sorry when I lost customers and had to replace the packaging which cost me money. Enquiring on their WhatsApp line doesn't even help because they have no sense of emergency, they will tell you what you can see on the tracking website with no explanation of what's causing the delay or an apology for the delay!
