Poor service

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've been receiving from your team. Despite informing your drivers that I'm never available at the site before 10 am, they continue to arrive early and mark my orders as failed deliveries. This is frustrating and unacceptable, especially since I've taken the time to communicate my availability clearly.

Could you please look into this matter and ensure that your drivers adhere to the agreed-upon delivery times? The worst part was calling through your call cente and spoke to a useless agent that had attitude and helped with nothing.
