**** Poor Service

<p>You bill me twice for the same waybill and two weeks later, I'm still waiting for the credit to be passed. This is not the first "error" that I've picked up and have asked you on 3 occassions to sort this R200 credit out. Lightning quick to raise an invoice, slower as a snail to pass a credit. The courier service is generally great, but the admin aspect leaves much to be desired.</p>
