Poor Service

Hi All

This Company offers poorest level of service I've ever seen ,after contacting them asking for a parcel delivery service ,they asked me to make the deposit within an hour and send the proof of payment so that the parcel will be collected the next day.

I paid my due fee R 104.00 and sent them proof of payment ,no collection was done the next day ,I contacted them and they promised that the guy is on his way ,until afternoon no one came.I cancelled the service and requested for my refund and they requested my bank statement and ID Copy (I wonder if this was ethical) of which I haven't received to this date after several emails to all of them . *** ,***] ,***>,***
