Poor service

The worst experience in trying to get them to assist me in opening an account with them. I submitted all the relevant information last week, I have been patient as I was advised I needed to meet with a manager, I was then advised said manager will be available on Wednesday or Friday for a meeting and asked what time would suite me for a zoom meeting, only to be advised that the time that suites me does not suite them, 10:15 in the morning. So Courier Guy I am appealed at the way you treat potential clients, you do not deserve my business, I have used you in the past, but now I will rather spend my money with a group who respect me as a customer
