Poor service

I sent medication on a Tuesday and Friday was a holiday and today it’s Saturday and the medication hasn’t arrived yet-several times I use their services and online tracking has always shown me parcel misrouted meaning that delays it-can someone explain this to me?or I must just stop your services as I think this is unacceptable
