POOR SERVICE

I use pudo as my main courier option in my shop, and there were many incidents where I booked a pudo locker on the app, and when I went to drop it off the machine was not working. I went at the correct time, and checked to make sure there was no loadshedding - and still not working. I tried contacting customer support, first struggled to get a number or even an email adress. After that I sent an email explaining my situation and my request was denied. Poor customer service - takes ages to reply, no contact details on the website.

There were also many incidents of parcels that got ****** out of the locker after drop off.

Will no longer make use of this courier service!
