POOR SERVICE

Service is terrible in Durban and so are all consultants on the phone, email and whatsapp. claimed to have attempted to call for a collection in Durban to JHB but there isn't any calls then they say they have a call log any fool knows if you dial a number and not allow it to ring it will pop up on the call log. This is happening to 2 collections in Durban at the same time so for 5 marks explain how both my collections can have the same problem. They are useless.
