Poor service

Poor service from courier guy kiosk in Brits. I asked for a refund as my package won't be in time in Ballito. Never asked me if they could assist me further or anything. I asked if I could get my money back as I had to use POSNET in brits. I am still waiting for my reply on my email to them. I guess that's how you people make your money. Would never use you again or recommend you to anyone!!!
