Poor service

Guys I'm very disappointed in the service I got from the courier guy.

I ordered my t-shirt on Wednesday from global family and they told me that it would be delivered by Friday to Queenstown as I paid for the 1- 2 day delivery. I was at the courier guy office on Friday afternoon and was told the the parcel would arrive on Saturday 04.12.21.

I called them again on Saturday morning and I was rudely told that my parcel would arrive on Sunday 05.12.21 and that there's nothing they can do about it to speed up the process.

Right now I am very angry as I've been **** to as to when my parcel would arrive, this is false advertising and I will take this matter further!
