Poor service

I order key rings which I was planning to hand over to the intended recipients on Monday 18/11/2024 I paced my order and the shop actually used Courier guy as there preferred courier service to deliver my parcel I placed my order on the 08/11/2024. The parcel arrived at their Springbok Hub on the 12/11/2024 and only after I inquired as to why I havent received my parcel they told me that my area is only being serviced on Monday which is too late, poor communication and perthatic service after I paid and send several e-mails to their customer care email address.
