Poor service

Very disappointed ive paid them to ship for from Johannesburg to durban , tracked my shipment saw that it has arrived within the durban hub but there’s no moving called them asked why they than tell to to pay 60% extra due to wrong dimensions that why they cant move it , i asked the guy i was on call with to send me what he is getting from his side, he didn’t get back calked again after an hour find another consultant giving me wrong information when i asked what was she talking about she dropped the call , called again qouted my waybill asking what my shipment is still there nit given to driver because it arrived 5am same story of paying further, i than asked her names and tolled to get the dimensions she getting if the box also gave the ones i know of , she than came back saying she is sorry dimensions are correct the problem was on their side, asked her to let me talk to her supervisor because i want my box today as she told me they were going to deliver tomorrow, she said she can't
