Poor service

Since lockdown almost all online orders are being delivered by Courier guy. They don’t answer they phones until at least you call 15 times. Then they tell you they will deliver tomorrow. Every time you are the one calling nothing from their side. It’s been 2 weeks Iv been waiting for my delivery
