Poor service

I have had a horrible experience with the Courier guy Newcastle.

We have on two occasions requested an over night pick up and delivery but 2 times in a row we had no joy 1st time the excuse was it was booked under the wrong pick up type and the 2nd time they say all over night is 48hrs but in the past i used to get my parcels on time

Besides that the attitude of all the Newcastle Staff membera are extremely poor, you have to wait over 30 to 45min even if theres only 2 people in front of you They all act as if they are doing you a huge favour, they forget we pay for their services.
