Poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We order a package that was to be delivered by The Courier Guy.

The package was opened upon arrival and one of the items were missing, we immediately escaladed this with Nathi to assist with this matter, absolutely no joy from him. Then I got hold of Daantjie that is apparently the OPS manager for our area, at fist this was handled well.

I followed up with Daantjie 3 working days asking” Good day, just following up on the above-mentioned matter. Thank you” He then responded with communication from Johannes Moloto that did not mean any thing to me, so I told him that the responce does not mean anything to me, and asked him if the missing item was found or refunded? His response was” How do u want me to respond if u say this”. No descent communication or updates to a client, no feedback on how long the process will take, just nothing. Is this the service to be expected for “ The Courier Guy”? Fast, Reliable Courier Service? Will never use them again, Speedaf and Buffelo gave a 5-star service.
