Poor Pudo service

Its been one week since my Parcel arrived from cape town, to boksburg, i visisted the locker 4 times, Its offline, i whatsapped pudo, yes they do comunicate, but its to no avail. i need my parcel. its pathetic service. Gourier guy promised to deliver, also to no avail.

Fed up with automated messages.
