POOR POOR SERVICES

These people contact me at 7:00 in the morning from a landline in Bloemfontein, if you do not answer your phone they do not pick up the landline phone in this case *** if you phone back 30 minutes later. If you contact the branch in Bloemfontein with your Snatcher reference number they cannot help you, you need to phone another number to trace your package. I got very annoyed by this and went to Kwagafontein to pick up my package. When my husband ask them about his package from a different company, they indicated it was delivered but it was still in this company's warehouse. They wanted him to come and also pick it up himself, they indicated it was misplaced. Why are we paying for this COURIER service if this company is so terrible at rendering it?
