Poor poor poor service. Damage to parcel

Poor poor. Sended a parcel then without my approval they repacked the item in a smaller box with no notification at least. I have not given any approved that they may fiddle with parcel. Hence client received a item in pieces and they don't want to take responsibility for there damage caused. unprofessional
