Poor, poor delivery service. Will never make use of them again!!!

The Courier Guy emailed me 08-09-2025 to notify me that my package was damaged and was leaking and the won't deliver the package as it was damaged and will arrange with the sender alternative. 09-09-2025 The Courier guy delivered the damaged package to us still damaged and no one can take accountability for the poor service. So how many liters did spill and who ultimately is paying for their incompetence?
